Return and Refund Policy

Inflatable club rental cancellations can be made up to 7 am the day of your delivery minus your $150 deposit. However, cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the date of your event my receive a refund minus $50 stock fee. Please give us as much advance notice as possible. No refunds or cancellations will be given once equipment has been delivered.

In the event weather and/or environmental conditions become unacceptable, we will confirm with you the status of your delivery. If weather or environmental conditions are affecting the site conditions, it is the customer's responsibility to communicate these site conditions prior to delivery. If weather does not permit and cancellation is necessary due to safety concerns a refund will be granted minus the $50 stock fee.  

Once equipment is delivered or setup, payment in full is required using the method agreed upon. Cancellations or refunds cannot be made on delivered or setup equipment.
