Delivery Policy

Delivery typically occurs 1-4 hours prior to your event time or the day prior for wedding rentals. We have multiple customers requesting setup at the same time in different cities.

En route, we will only call or text if the delivery time has changed from the time given to you by email or phone call the night prior.

Sometimes you'll get a call the day prior to your scheduled delivery asking if we can setup that day. There is no extra charge to you when this occurs. Payment is still due on delivery if early.

Pick Ups:

We typically pick up equipment in daylight hours. If your party end time is after sunset we may leave equipment at your location overnight with your permission. You are still responsible for the security of the equipment until it's picked up.

We set expectations at delivery of pick up time windows. Pick up can occur from the end of contract time to a few hours later depending on logistics for the day.

No one has to be present for pick up if the equipment is in a secure location and accessible to our crew; however, you are responsible for the equipment until we pick up.

Please make sure dogs are kept in the house if you will not be present for pick up.

Our crew will only call for pick up if the pick up will occur later than the time discussed at delivery. You are free to call our office anytime with questions.
